It features four dedicated bedrooms, each furnished with queen-sized beds, along with three bathrooms. The loft, designated as the fifth bedroom, includes four futons and a sofa bed. The lower level, identified as the sixth bedroom, contains a queen-sized sleeper sofa and a loveseat, as well as a dual workstation area equipped with a Bluetooth printer. All beds, sofa beds, and futons are provided with linens, and each is accompanied by an electric blanket (seasonal) to ensure your comfort during the chilly mountain nights in Ellijay. We have recently installed an oversized water heater to enhance your shower and bathing experience. Additionally, the mult-purpose upstairs loft is a GAMEROOM with an all FREE arcade and Board Games. There are (5) different games: Golden Tee 3D Golf, NFL Blitz Football, SHAQ NBA Jamz Basketball, PAC Man, and Star Wars Pinball, along with an ESPN foosball table. There are 2 game tables also. One regular sigz that can seat up to eight people and a 4 chair kiddie size table. A variety of board games for both children and adults are available for use. A complete setup for poker, blackjack, and bingo. This includes cards, a six-deck card shoe, poker chips, and a six-deck power card shuffler to facilitate your game nights, especially for those who find it challenging to shuffle the deck. Furthermore, an outdoor cornhole game is provided for play. You can grill your meals on a large hard-piped gas BBQ located on the main level deck, ensuring you won't run out of propane. Firewood is also available for the rear cabin firepit with seating for 16+ people too. Kids really enjoy the company of daily deer visits! Periodically Mama Bear and her cubs may come by, but please keep your distance. They may be cute, but can be dangerous.
