Georgia Lodging Taxes
The State of Georgia requires us to collect a 15% Lodging/local/sales tax on every rental, which is added to your bill for payment upon booking.
Cleaning Fee
Cleaning Fee is a FLAT $300.00 for any stay up to 14 days. Another cleaning fee is assessed on the 15th day if your stay i longer than 14 continuous days.
Resort Fee
There is a one-time Resort Fee of $56.00 charged for the Coosawattee River Resort. That fee will be added to your bill for payment at time of booking.
